Ishbel Straker

Ishbel Straker is the CEO and founder of I Straker Consultants and is recognised as an expert in the field of addiction and the treatment of co-existing mental health problems.

 

She writes a bi-monthly column for the national magazine Drink and Drug News; a monthly column for the Liverpool Echo and the Liverpool Law Society magazine. If that didn't keep her busy enough alongside her private practise, during the pandemic Ishbel appeared in Channel 5's Hoarders working closely with Crackit Studios.

Ishbel is an experienced expert witness and is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer for Edgehill University, supporting research and the training of clinicians.

Additionally she also supervises senior nurses in various organisations which includes clinically advising on complex patients.

 

Providing face to face treatment from her private practice at Exchange Flags in Liverpool city centre, I Straker Consultants specialise in ADHD assessments, Anxiety, Depression, Drug, Alcohol and Gambling addiction, Trauma PTSD, OCD treatment in Liverpool. They also provide international treatment via video and telephone calls.
