Chef, presenter and best-selling author John Gregory-Smith is partnering with Waitrose to create some exclusive recipes to celebrate their new Levantine Table range of products.

John specializes in Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, and has written six cookbooks, including Saffron in the Souks and Orange Blossom and Honey.
