Peter Sawkins Publishes First Book

Huge Congratulations to the fabulous Peter Sawkins as he celebrates the publication of his first book, Peter Bakes.

Edinburgh-born Peter grew up feasting on his Mum's home cooking, but it was The Great British Bake Off that inspired him to start baking himself.

Having watched every series since the first, Peter was crowned champion baker in 2020. His new book features 100+ irresistible recipes for teatime treats, showstopper cakes, yummy puddings and more!

Famous on The Great British Bake Off for his gluten-free bakes, every recipe in the book contains gluten-free amendments alongside the standard recipe.
