The Great British Bake Off is Back!

Get ready for a big Hollywood Handshake to see you through those autumn evenings. Paul is back on our screens as a brand new series of the Great British Bake-Off premieres on Channel 4.

Judging the Signature, Technical and Showstopper challenges each week, Paul is joined by Prue Leith plus presenters Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas.

The series opener kicked-off with a hilarious country music song with Paul sporting a jaw-dropping Billy Ray Cyrus-style mullet and beseeching viewers "Don't bake my tart, my flaky pastry tart". And the new series is already a hit, picking up the largest overnight viewing figures for a non-sporting event on Channel 4 so far this year.

The Great British Bake-Off airs at 8.00pm every Tuesday evening on Channel 4. The show's US fans also get to see the episodes weekly when they premiere on Netflix a few days later.
